Groups begin the first of November each year, but now is the time to sign up to assure yourself of a place in this vital program for spiritual growth. Ten or more home groups are planned for this fall through May. You may sign up through the church office, contact one of our group leaders .
Here's what we need from you. If you are not yet a member of this Small Group Ministry we need to know the day and time of day best suited for you. Groups will be offered Monday through Friday in the afternoon and evening. A morning group can also be offered if needed. Each group meets in selected homes twice per month from October through May, with each session lasting two hours. The first half hour is a time of sharing around our faith journeys and in community building. One hour is given to Bible study and how the passages cited apply to our daily lives and relationships. Each session closes with a half-hour in praying for each other within the group.
The plan is to train enough leaders during September to have seven to ten groups. During September you may select from the available schedule. These groups are open to all within our church as well as neighbors and friends. Come, be part of a group and grow with us.
Whether or not you are a member of one of these groups, we ask the congregation to remember these ministries in prayer. Let the symbol above remind you to pray for our Small Group Ministries as we assist people in growing in their love for God, others, self, and for His whole, wide world. This is His purpose for our lives.

“A burden shared is half a burden,”
and that is the rationale surrounding our Family Issues Group.
With confidential, caring and supportive encouragement, we assist each other
in dealing with family issues such as problems with our kids, grandkids,
parents, abuse and addictions in all sorts of family crises.
You are welcome to attend the group and try it on for size and fit.
If you have questions, contact Pastor Emil at 584-7333.
